My Career
I'm Leonardo Rodriguez. With 6 years of experience and knowledge as Head UX / Product Designer, with background in design, discovery and research about digital product. I worked in companies such as Avianca, the largest airline in Colombia, ECOPETROL is the largest and primary petroleum company in Colombia. In the newspaper El Tiempo, at the digital departament. And in financial entities such as Banco Itaú or currently for Metlife of CHILE as a stakeholder of Globant. I am a dedicated, responsible man, with many expectations of personal and professional growth. I consider myself a person who is constantly growing looking for innovation, and development of my skills within my professional profile. Passionate about my career and my profession.
MY SKILLS
• Research, analysis and develop of new digital products.
• Generation of new ideas that improve the user experience, and the enhacenment of product.
• Development and creation of documentation for each UX Research process, understood at the research level (CJM, User stories, empathy maps, interview scripts, test preparation, moodboards and blueprints).
• Generation of UX Design documents, such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, userflows and the creation of libraries and Design System document.
• Deep understanding and knowledge about the customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps
